ADU (An accessory dwelling unit)

An accessory dwelling unit, usually just called an ADU, is a secondary housing unit on a single-family residential lot. The term “accessory dwelling unit” is an institutional-sounding name, but it’s the most commonly-used term across the country to describe this type of housing. While the full name is a mouthful, the shorthand “ADU” is better.

OUR PROCESS

1. It’s time. Perhaps you want to build a new house, remodel or add on to your existing house. Maybe your bathroom or kitchen needs an “upgrade” with a new layout, fixtures, tile, etc. What about your lanai that you never really use? Why not convert it into usable living space to be enjoyed all year long? Whatever your construction needs, we can make it happen.
2. You call our office at 9165040244 and you speak with Jacob Rezaie (owner), who will schedule an initial lead appointment with the Contractor / Owner. At that initial meeting, we will come to your house (on time) to discuss your vision for your project. We will take pictures and measurements and will get your input for the project. We might also have ideas or suggestions you hadn’t thought about.
3. We will call you and schedule a follow-up bid appointment with. We will provide a bid packet complete with a rough drawing, description of the work to be done, and a contract ready for your signature.
4. We get it – this is a big decision, so now it’s now up to you to see your vision become reality.
5. You call our office at 9165040244 and schedule a signing appointment.
